Literally had 3 calls in front of mine for 13 minutes and once there were no calls, it rang and rang for another 15 minutes putting me at a wait time of 28 minutes…
I finally speak to someone who is very nice but couldn’t help me at all. First, she said they didn’t have my return but then I even explained online says it’s received and I’m following up to make sure everything is in order – she finally agreed they have it after putting me on silent hold another 7 minutes.
She said there’s some discrepancy w/the return & I should’ve read correspondence but I didn’t so I asked what it was and could she tell me what I need to do…she said no – she would need to put me back to the main line for me to press 3 then 0 and talk to someone else????
WHAT??? Are you serious…so this is what she did – now there were 13 calls ahead of mine. I hung up. Not sure what to do now. No regard for others time – they need better communications on the accounts – if I didn’t receive correspondence, regenerate it or something??
How can they not answer my questions and then put me back in the queue? Very frustrating. They obviously need to hire more employees as well.
