After spending now 37 days without my 2020 Jeep Rubicon over 5 service visits since June 1,
Jeep Chrysler today DENIED my Lemon Law claim.
They told me today they “can’t tell me why it was denied, but I need to work with the dealership
Bachman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
to get it fixed.”
You may notice Bachman, in my letter below has been “adjusting” dates on repair invoices to diminish the time they show as my Jeep having spent time in the shop.
Sorry Chrysler, I need a reliable vehicle, and you certainly advertise your Rubicon’s as the most rugged and reliable on the road. But breaking down on the side of busy roads with my young children in the back isn’t the kind of transportation I need.
I would NEVER deal with Bachman again, nor buy another Chrysler product.
