Blue Rail Hobbies

On December 7th, 2020 I placed my order with Blue rail hobbies.

By December 9th a tracking order number was provided. For several days the tracking number remained stagnant. I emailed and was sent an email saying that the post office must have lost it and he would re-ship the order but never did and then never emailed me again

Now the phone is constantly busy as if off the hook. Had I read prior customer reviews needless to say with their reputation that I would have ever placed an order with this company.

I explained to Mr. Brown how I work with underprivileged children’s parents and every Christmas and give them their toys I have created all year.

The items I ordered were needed to complete this year gifts, unfortunately, the mentally challenged don’t understand the disappointment, they will just go without.

I would order from someone else what is needed to complete these gifts but I have no funds to do so thanks to Mr. Brown stealing my money and never sending anything but falsely created email in the beginning.

The owner of Blue rail hobbies has no conscience whatsoever and has ripped off so many people including underprivileged children.

Never do business with this company if you expect to ever receive anything but a bogus tracking number.

Over 15 emails and over 100 times have I tried to reach someone to remedy this matter and am ignored by email and the phone is busy (off the hook).

This is the only thing I can do to hopefully save anyone else the grief of dealing with a scammer and outright thief!
