Purchased 3 items $81.58. 1 item never received, 1 item defective white jacket w/red stripes. Red stripes bled through to white. 3rd item not as described. Received items, never opened jacket. Opened sweater, laughed, put it back in plastic. Put both back in shipping bag it came in, return address CA. Received 10-8-2020 contacted support 10-10-2020. Went back and forth for for over month. They offered me $5 store credit, told me several times to give it to friends and family. Have copies of all the emails.
Contacted FTC Federal trade commision filed a claim and Econsumer.gov for overseas, filed complaint. Then I filed complaint with PayPal. After reading all the complaints with PayPal saying that PayPal doeasn’t give money back to customers for damaged or defective items, I filed claim with credit card company. Gathering information right now for them.
Found this site and wanted to report them. What you buy from them you are stuck with. Had Facebook page with complaints I should have copied. It is no longer there. Haven’t checked lately but I have been writing on peoples posts warning them not to order, telling them my story. I can not write my own post, they block me!!!!!!!!
Yes their items are cheap, when I reported to my credit card company, they looked up the sweater and I explained what it looked like. We both had a good laugh, she couldn’t believe I was describing the sweater in the picture. The sweater is supposed to be tight fitting, especially in the arms. I ordered a medium, it was a SQUARE XL. No form fitting there.
