First Abu Dhabi Bank [FAB] — breach of confidentiality regarding my credit card account 1

I am wanting to make a complaint about the bank contacting and discussing my finances and account information on several occasions with my place of work without my permission, because i was unable to answer the call when they called me as it was in my working hours. Due to this i then had the account manager taking me in the office stating that the bank had called them on a number of occasions demanding that they must get me to pay the money i owe back by the end of the day declaring information such as how much i owe etc to them which i feel is unacceptable and a breach of confidentiality between me and the bank.

I eagerly await your response on this matter before i seek legal advice on this.

Peugeot — after service; 508 model 2016 reliability of its part and warranty

Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Cars
The issue that I have experienced was: I was a Peugeot 508 proud owner since Jan 2016 based in Egypt, my company offered me car budget and to had 508 I double the budget from my own pocket in the same time another four of my college made the same, every four years we renew our cars, Unfortunately during the four years the cost of maintenance was very expensive due to high price of the spear parts and also due to major problems in the car engine like ( high pressure pump, turbo, turbo tube, turbo seals …ets) due to that as the company pay a share in the care maintenance it know study to prevent us from paying Peugeot brand again.
Sorry for long introduction but I just found that I have to transfer the status of your reputation in Egypt know because I really love the care and I am very sad that I may not ride that brand again.
My problem with the car is
120, 000 Km service cost me around 14, 000 EGP and that was for changing consumable parts and that was ok with me
140, 000 km service cost me around 14, 000 EGP and that was for major parts in the engine ( engine chain, and chain pulley, chain gear and its bolts also engine valves cover and many things related to it. the question is the good-wheel warranty must cover all of that but Peugeot authorized workshop didn’t announce me for that.
150, 000 Km service cost me around 10, 000 EGP and that was for changing air condition blower which was had problem from the 120, 000 km and they suddenly found it, also the same question of the good-wheel warranty?????
today problem is after 160, 000 Km service done next ride was 300 km at the end of that ride the car engine starting became very difficult and not smooth and then engine fault alarm appear. after check by Peugeot authorized workshop they found that high pressure pump and turbo tube and its bases need to change and that will cost me from 14, 000 to 18, 000 EGP and my company refused to pay its shear in that which main I have to bay it all.
After search I found that this care has problems in the high pressure pump and the turbo and it has to change after 100, 000 km to avoid sudden failure and it has to be under warranty cover.
your soon replay and action is highly appreciated.

Etihad Airways — delay in arrival

Dear Sirs;

Kindly note that my return flight from Melbourne to Cairo was delayed for 36 hours due to flight malfunction and I only know by coincidence that Etihad booked another flight via Emirates with advise. This caused a major contract agreement loss as well as credibility apart from expected profits.

Renault egypt el obbour / Renault fluence 2015

My car renault fleunce 2015 make 48000 km, all mentaince service with the renault egypt, problem with my autogearbox need replacment, request money from me 35000 egyptian pounds, how come as all my maintaince service with them and my car didnot make even 50000 km and i asked about gearbox oil last time they told me at 80000km
Plz help it is unreasonable to pay this payment without fault from me

I have a problem with the credibility and seriousness of Jomia Egypt.Please search and solve it.I asked 2products and the first request was met and delivered to the shipping company and an email was sent to me that the product will arrive on 18/5/2019 with the shipping representative and I tried to contact the shipping agent and always have a closed phone .. The next day the representative was changed and his phone is also closed and then I received an email that the shipment was canceled without reason.The same was repeated the same way in the second product on 21/5 was delivered to the shipment with a delegate and also a mobile closed and after hours of waiting was canceled the request without reasons also. When the complaint was made several times it was explained that the shipment was damaged … although each product was shipped on its own.I sent this e-mail to Jomia Egypt and read:Explanation that the shipment was damaged during the shipment, as mentioned in the follow-up department when they contact me today, the explanation is unacceptable because the shipment was shipped to me twice … The first product shipped on 18/5 with a delegate and the delegate was changed the next day 19/5 and then canceled.Then the same thing happened to the second product on 21/5, it was shipped with delegate and I tried to contact him more than once and the mobile is closed constantly and then the shipment was canceled without reasons.This is in a manner where manipulation and disregard for customers and not damage to all shipping because it was not shipped with each other and each product was shipped separately … If Jumia accepted this reasoning, I do not accept… and hold my right in the harvest on the products in any form and then come to apologize after that .. “Jumia is not a company that does not deserve the trust of its customers … I do not accept an apology and just send any mony as an apology and I hold my right to obtain producers. 
So far the problem has not been solved

Dear Mr/Mrs, 
Thanks in advance for your considerations. 
We got our week exchange at Porto Sokhna resort, unfortunately!
It’s our second night and we already wanna leave that terrible place, starting from our arrival, we arrived at 18:00 and we were shocked that the reception was closed!!! We called the management and they replied to us by a very rude way that the reception staff have a food break and they will open at 20:00 so we had to stay at the street for two hours with my mum which has a lot of health issues. Then when the receptionist arrived at 20:00 he made the check in for us at 22:00 as the room was not ready!!!
The biggest shock that we discovered that they give us a room in the water front resort which doesn’t have any amenities and even not considered as hotel apartments with no stars even!! Shockley again we discovered that the staff of the hotel are in the rooms next to us.. Of course no towels card, no housekeeping, no pool access for the pyramids buildings which we supposed to be staying there!!
We already have friends coming from interval and timeshare staying at the pyramids buildings, actually not only our friends all timeshare apartments are in the pyramids building and it’s not our first time at Porto so we know our rights very well, the management of Porto didn’t deny that we have to be staying at the pyramids buildings but they told us that it’s a mistake from the interval Cairo office and the office has to send an email to the resort to move us from water front to the pyramids buildings.
I dunno if we will have to spend another 24 hours at this staff housing but we are hoping that you might solve this problem asap as my mother is very disappointed and getting more health issues as the place is very bad and she even can’t go to the beach as it’s 30 min. Walking, and a lot of stairs from the place we are staying now.. ithey destroyed our holiday which we always waiting for. So will be great if interval world considered our complaint and move us to the pyramids building immediately, doesn’t matter which floor or which apartment. Just to be near all amenities and the beach and simply to get the services and the rights written in our contract.

Tommy Hilfiger / T-shirt

That happened in Egypt branch, I had a shirt from Tommy as a gift and it wasn’t my size and there was a really tiny problem in the Button of the sleeves, so i went to the same Store with the receipt and i asked for a return but they said that u only have 14 days to return or to exchange but because it’s faulty it’s fine we are going to exchange it for you tho that there was only 2 days difference right here, I’ve changed it with a shirt for almost the same price only 100 pounds difference, anyway after i took it with 2 days and i haven’t wear it yet but i was checking the receipt and I’ve found that i’ve 30 days to exchange or to Return if it’s faulty so I’ve went there again and explained the situation but they told me that they are sorry they cannot return it! So I’ve explained that there was a problem with the first shirt already so that’s why i had too do so! They advised me again that they can’t do anything tho that i haven’t wear that one yet and still have the receipt in hand
