Back in early March I was reached out to by Jeasica Limphi Parker. Her username was trade_with_jess. I was telling her about my pervious experience with another scammer for bitcoin. So I started to invest with her. I was told that my mining period would be about 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks were over, I was told I had to be for a fee to withdrawal. So I went ahead followed the procedure and paid the fee. Going on for 3 months of excuses. I reached out to the company for help.

They told me to reach back out to my broker. I was hesitant about it because I have been experiencing problems every time for a withdrawal. Eventually I demanded the company to look into it. Turns out she was redirecting funds into her personal account. Over $16000 was sent to her personal account. So I had my small initial investment and that it. Now, mind you I have asked, begged, and pleaded with them to do an investigation a month ago. Now the “company” said they took over my account. I could NEVER get a name or number as to who is now working on my account.

I was told my remaining balance is $1000 to receive my funds. So I broke that into payments. I sent over $3000 and recieve the confirmation of “payment sent”. A day goes by and I was told now to send another $2000 in a matter of 5 days or else they would close my account. I fought, begged, pleaded, showed valid proof of them stating payment sent and what was the purpose of me sending $3000 to be “considered” for a withdrawal instead of just sending it.

LV CC Rental Agency

I booked a 14 day vacation at the White Crystal Villa from mid-June 2020 Michael Gschwandtner on the Luxury Villas Cape Coral website http://villascc.com/en/2014/09/villa-white-crystal/ on December 27th 2019 paying the deposit of $1671.

With the outbreak of COVID-19, the US Government has stipulated: As of 16 March 2020, the deomostic flight restrictions on COVID flights across the USA.

On hearing this news I emailed Luxury Villas Cape Coral at office@villascc.com on March 16th 2020 asking regarding the Covid-19 and their cancellation policy as this was an unprecedented global pandemic, yet I never received a reply to my email. I emailed them again on 21th April 2020 regarding a different matter and they replied as we needed the full address. Yet they still did not advise on their cancellation policy!

On Sunday 24th May 2020 we received an email from our airline informing us that the flights to Cape Coral had been cancelled due to the pandemic and the current US domestic government restrictions.

Viabuy — My cash withhold

My names are Ajayi Bimbola Esther. Account number: [protected]. I recharge my account few months ago and am yet to receive the funds in my account.

I was told that i needed to update my information using my id card or permit. I have done that severely but, kept rejecting it. I sincerely wish that the money be returned back to my account which the money was transferred from. The said recharge was 50€. Thanks.

Hi there, 

I had booked a flix bus ticket from Berlin to Prague at 4pm on the 18th May 2019. The ticket on my mobile phone stated that the departing station was “Berlin Central Bus Station”, however when I placed this address in google maps it highlighted two possible desinations- Berlin Hauptbahnhof, and Bus Station GmbH. The supporting documentation to this is attached. I called flix bus to clarify this issue however I was not able to get through and there was a long delay in speaking to a representative to help.
Confused from this lack of clarity regarding the bus departure, I noted that there was one stop at 4.15pm at ‘Berlin Sudkruez’. As I had no certainty of where the departing station actually was (I understand later it was actually Zentraler Omnisbusbahnhof Berlin), I decided to go to the stop where I knew I could get my bus to Prague. The bus arrived on time at 4.15pm, however, the next part absolutely shocked me. After explaining my difficulties and lack of clarity in identifying the departing station, and with my ticket clearly showing that I had purchased a flix bus ticket for that exact bus (route 160), the bus driver simply refuted me and blocked me from entering the bus. After pleading with him to let me on he refused, he advised that there was another bus to Prague which is was coming and was indeed a flixbus. He then closed the door and drove off. This was in front of around 15 people. There was no other bus, what he told me was a lie. I could not believe how this bus driver treated me, it was disgraceful. Worse more, it was the day of my birthday!… which I explained in my id!
I was then forced to purchase a train ticket to Prague which cost me 71 euro’s on top of the wasted money I had paid for the bus ticket. I would ask to be refunded for the train ticket that I was forced to pay. The worst thing is that the train did not get into Prague untio 9.30 at night which caused issues at my air bnb check in. The duration of the train was also 4 and a half hours which is roughly the same as the bus, the exact reason I chose to use a flixbus. I have been using flixbus for years and haven’t had any issues until now but this was unacceptable. 
Can you please get back to me with a response as it is totally unfair that I was forced to pay 71 euro’s plus all the disturbance and stress caused, and lack of respect shown to me by the bus driver and lack of clarity on the departing station in Berlin.

I would like at the very least be re-imbursed for the train ticket I had to pay plus disturbance related compensation is only fair.

FlixBus / FlixMobility / Bus delay and cleanese

Dear FlixBus, 
On 15.5.19 I had to catch the bus from Munich to Prague that departured at 13:10 from Munich Hauptbahnhof. Unfortunately, I missed the bus and I had to cancel my reservation and to pay more for booking new tickets for the next bus that was supposed to depart at 15:00 from Munich.
Unfortunately, that bus delayed in 43 minutes, and left Munich only at 15:43. Even when getting finally on the bus, it wasn’t nice at all to find out that it was so dirty, and inappropriate for traveling!
The dirt in the bus is described in the attached pictures.
I’m requiring to get an appropriate compensation for the inconvenience that caused today.

Buchbinder Rent A Car / mechanicals problems

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Car Rental

The issue that I have experienced was: We have booked a car for 22nd of Dec, to go to the Austria with all our family. We have not got our car, so they changed it to BMW, after we have paid extra, when we have left and driven few hours, the car started to show, that brake pads needs to be replaces, engine coolant level too low… We were traveling in a middle of winter where is snowing and ice on the roads with two kids…

I am not talking about safety, but I don’t understand how this kind of car can be for rent at all! When we have sent an email asking to change a car, answer came after few days in German language, they said they can’t see a photos, even we sent a copy to our email as well and photos where attached, so finally, nobody have not solved a problems and we needed go back with kids in the winter roads for more than 5 hours in a road

Yanwen / Knifeholder “Deadpool”

Hey there, the following is my problem with the delivery status and for me, its impossible to understand that the package is loaded onto the delivery vehicle at 7:31 in the morning and is “successfully delivered” at 07:32 in the morning.

Especially they did not wirte the housenumber on the package. So my question is, where did they delivered it, cause i was talking do DHL germany again, and they said, they need a tracking number, the tracking number i have UE690007227YP is useless to them.

And till this email, i got nothing delivered.
I really want to solve this problem, cause i paid money for something i did not received yet
