Hangzhou Chain Services / defective products received

I had received product whose package was already open & product was already used. Since I can not raise querry via wish app, I wrote multiple mail to solve my issue. But I did not received any response & even my query is not yet resoved.

Whenevr I try to raise querry via wish app. It say “try next time” & this happened for almost 1 month from date of delivery.& now after 1 month it says “the refund request time for this item is already expired”

This is very bad busines ethics

This is all fake just cut this cap. .. we know about Radha Krishna srop playing with them..

HDFC Bank / Cash Deposit

Not for good Cash department. I m waiting 1 hours. Cash deposit not is some technical problems. Big staff and service is not good. Like govt bank. Staff is not good. I suggest is can u change the staff of HDFC Sector 15 Chandigarh near ICICI and near post office . Staff is totally free of work like not responding any costomor. All staff members change.

HDFC Bank / Debit card

Hi my Name is Mumtaz khan my cust I’d is [protected] it’s been more than 10 days I placed a request for my debit card re issuance but till now I m just in wondering when I will receive it’s been the worst customer service experience with Hdfc please re issue my debit card as soon as possible or else

I will with draw my accounts from Hdfc I just get otp but never got a dispatching details till now 7 cards has been issued but never got any details where it went may be you guys sent to other planet

The olive green shirt is for my dad and it had gone on a courier so during the courier the shirt has been a little crushed and the staff is not accepting it.
Please help because it’s not even been 15 days and I had take it to the store ASAP.

Black denim of mine has faded so badly in just a month that it’s not even in a wearable condition. I always busy so much from Zara but this is the first time I am facing such a problem. Please please help.

Flydubai / Baggage loss

My baggage of more than 60 pieces was lost my fly dubai. I am a film producer and we used fly dubai. Its been more than 5 months and every week i get a reply from people at fly

dubai that team is working on same. I have lost more than 50 lac rupees worth filming materials .. hope someone atleast here is considering my plea and consider taking some action

Cafe Coffee Day / online order

 19.12.2018 I have placed an order no.[protected] online and paid through my debit card, after 7 days when I contacted ccd for delivery they told same shall be delivered but after few days

when again I contacted ccd they told me that order is out of stock therefore I made a request for refund of my money but inspite of several mail and call they are not refunding my money, ccd I think is a fraud company

Kuwait Airways / Missing Luggage and no Updates from Kuwait Airways

I travelled from Frankfurt to New Delhi via Kuwait. I left Frankfurt on 23rd Dec and reached Delhi on 24th Dec early morning. My last connecting flight was KU383 from Kuwait to Delhi.

I checked in 4 baggages and all are missing. It has been more that 5 days and no updates from your side. I called your baggage section [protected]) and mob No [protected] more than 100s times in last 5 days but not getting any response.

I traveled with my family including a kid and it is very difficult situation for me to spend my time without my daily needs stuff.

Kuwait airways is spoiling my 2 weeks Holidays which is very disappointing. Please also let me know compensation process due to delay in luggage. I am also trying to complain this matter where ever possible. They cannot spoil their passenger’s vacation and time. My disappointed with the Services Provided my Kuwait Airways.

PepsiCo / Stocks taken by sales representative of Pepsico and now delaying the payments since 10 Days

Sir,
I am from Jammu & Kashmir’s Anantnag District. I am a spoke of Tropicana deistributionship. Recently the sales representative Mr. Sohail Ahmad of beverages division called me and asked for stock that was to be delivered to a beverages dealer at Awantipora namely IM Enterprises.

I sent the stock on a mere negligible profit of 300 Rs, so that I can only recover the freight cost. Other wise it would have been rate to rate. The deal was meant to be cash deal, but when the stocks reached there, the dealer had to left for an emergency at hospital.

So the cash was not received on the spot. Since then the sales representative Sohail Ahmad is making false committements that payment will be made today or tomorrow. But still all his committements have proved hoax till date.

If I would have earned profit and then he would have kept the stock on credit basis, that would have been fine. So kindly direct the manager to follow up the matter on priority so that he will direct his representative to get the payment done at the earliest.

At times the sales representative has not responded to my calls.
