I placed an order at the end of May 2020 in which two of the products were sent to the wrong address 5 hours away and one product was never even sent.

They said they would pick up the misdelivered products and resend. They never did.

On the product they say they sent but I never received, the tracking number always went nowhere and still to this day has not been received.

I emailed them and they phoned me. I presented the order form and the tracking forms and showed them that they made a mistake and sent to wrong address. They acknowledged their mistake. I asked for a refund. They refused a refund in writing for both the misdelivered products and the product never sent. That was $217 worth of product. In essence, they made a mistake and flat out didn’t even send and would not correct and in effect stole from me.

I’ve tried to leave reviews, and the day after I left the reviews their review format had changed on the website to all glowing reviews, my reviews were never posted and now I can’t even leave a review. Something smells at Smart-Safe a/k/a MonoPro.

If you have a similar issue, remember you can file a claim to get your money back if you used Visa, MasterCard or PayPayl and possilby others. Do it.

Agoda Company / boutique centrale relais rome – refund request

We prepaid the reservation no.[protected] (two, three, zero, seven, three, one, eight, six, seven) but when we arrived there was no room for us! they double booked our room even though they knew we are coming cause we were emailing with them. First night was terrible we were tired, hungry. they wanted to give us room in another place which was dirty, lonely, scary and wiith one bed only. We were three adults. We said we cant stay there so they started calling other hotels until they took us to another hotel with room with two beds. we were so pissed of, tired and hungry so we stayed there one night. The next day they said we will get our room. We went with our luggage all the way to their hotel, got the room. But there was NO hot water. We called Eduardo and sms him but he didnt answer us. The next morning we told the cleaning guy that there is NO hot water. He said he will fix it. But he didnt! At the evening we again didnt have hot water! We called Eduardo and what he had to tell us was “Thank you for your information”. We were shocked. The next morning we left already. There were NO hot water all our stay for us * persons. The servise there was terrible. There is no one to answer you. They lied to us all the time. They only care about the money and after they dont care about us. This place was the terrible place we have been in ever. WE ASK YOU TO GET A REFUND OFF ALL OUR MONEY BACK! DON’T PAY THIS HOTEL. THEY ARE DISHONOST PEOPLE WHI TREATED US TERRIBLE!

Prada / broken sunglasses.

Hi. I purchased Prada’s sun-glasses in Naples, Italy about 6 months ago 4/9/18. at a cost of 200 euros. I live in Israel so I have no way to get to the store in Italy. I take a very good care of my glasses, But on my last flight, the reflector simply disengaged from the handle, I tried to fix them in one of the stores in Israel and they claim that the repair cost is 150 euros. This is very unfortunate because I did not think that I would have to deal with such a situation within only six months, And the sun glasses are still under a one-year warranty.
How can you help me in this situation?
