I placed an order at the end of May 2020 in which two of the products were sent to the wrong address 5 hours away and one product was never even sent.
They said they would pick up the misdelivered products and resend. They never did.
On the product they say they sent but I never received, the tracking number always went nowhere and still to this day has not been received.
I emailed them and they phoned me. I presented the order form and the tracking forms and showed them that they made a mistake and sent to wrong address. They acknowledged their mistake. I asked for a refund. They refused a refund in writing for both the misdelivered products and the product never sent. That was $217 worth of product. In essence, they made a mistake and flat out didn’t even send and would not correct and in effect stole from me.
I’ve tried to leave reviews, and the day after I left the reviews their review format had changed on the website to all glowing reviews, my reviews were never posted and now I can’t even leave a review. Something smells at Smart-Safe a/k/a MonoPro.
If you have a similar issue, remember you can file a claim to get your money back if you used Visa, MasterCard or PayPayl and possilby others. Do it.
