Saloncarecs.com — False advertising – ketovatru

On 30th June 2020, I saw an advert for Ketovatru on Facebook and clicked on a link that was provided. On the link, I was offered a 100% discount for the product and requested to pay R 70.00 for delivery. I processed the transaction and an amount of R1 967.28 was deducted instead. On the same day, I responded to an email the company sent me from [protected]@supportnotification.net to cancel the order. They later informed me that the order was cancelled and they would send the product anyway, nothing was mentioned of the refund I had requested.

On 02 July 2020, I called the number the supplied on the email (+27-[protected]) to make an enquiry of the refund and they were not willing to assist me.

Homeaway — Customers

We received a booking and confirmed it for 2 guests.
Four arrived to pick up the key. One said he wasn’t staying.
They complained that they had to pay for the extra person, over two, that intends on staying.
They asked for a key to the second building that we use for extra guests.
The main cottage has a queen and a bunkroom.
I invoiced them, through the system, for the extra person and advised them that they would get the extra key when that invoice was paid.
They also said they were having a dinner party. I advised only paying guests should be on the property.
They have been intimidating and rude continually arguing they paid good money and it’s not good enough.

Europa Art — product and bad service

I bought a pair of shoes at the amount of R1900 Europa Art late May, i wore them only twice, and for the second time I was wearing them the heel just torn, I took the shoe back to Europa Art and they took it for fixing, later

last month i went to get them back and the shoes wear still not comfortable the heel was sort of wiggling, and last week I received a call to get them, yesterday I wore the shoes to work and the heel still felt wiggling and not comfortable.

I took the shoes back and I was told that I must contact head office, today the 15-10-2019 I contacted Head Office I spoke to Lana who gave me an attitude to tell me that there is nothing they can do and seems not to care for the value of money of the shoes.

please, I need this store to be dealt with because they seem to have the worst attitude and don’t even care about customer care.

Playtika / Slotomania

I have played Slotomania for years – often several hours every day. At the moment I can only play for a few minutes as it freezes up all the time. i even tried to make a purchase and it would not go through. It is the same on my laptop (Worse actually) and my PC as well. It has spoilt my holidays as I have to go back to work and won’t have much time to play! Can this problem be fixed. I keep having to turn off and come all the way back through facebook again! i am fed up and frustrated!

NZSale / Ugg boot sale

To whom it may concern.

I am very dissapointed as my order has arrived on friday 31st may. Was meant to be mine although they looked like the uggs i had ordered for my husband. Thinking you gave the wrong size. Although they fit so he wore them. Today the 3rd june my other order arrived and very dissapointed as the uggs that arrived today were actually his… At the right size. Which meant he had worn mine the whole weekend and the ones that arrived today are still not the ones i had ordered… Or shall i say the first order that arrived was wrong… Pls refer to the order number and see what i had ordered and what was delivered on the 31st…where to go from here i dont know. And i have waited quite a while as it is… And now on the nzsale website the uggs i had ordered are now sold out… Very dissapointed

I certainly hope i receive a reply soon or phone call would be appreciated. Not emailing back and forth without having to sort out my order… As i feel someone wasnt doing there job properly to mix up my order. Now im sitting with 2 pairs of ugg boots that are useless to me. If not sorted i will certainly be reluctant to order here again… As per picture this was not what i had ordered.

Tinder / Paid for likes dissapearing

Hello my name is Conor. I have used tinder for a while now and overall it has been a positive experience, however I have recently paid for 25 likes. I have proveeded to use approximately 5 or so likes and all the rest have disappeared. This is the 2nd time that likes have dissappeared. As i have paid for these i feel as though i am being ripped off. I would love to continue to use this app and will do so if the issue can be resolved. Please fix this or refund the money.

Essence of Argan / unauthorized credit card charges

The free trial was on Facebook endorsed by New Zealand’s own Rachel Hunter. I signed up for a free trial. I gave my bank card details to pay for post and packaging. I didn’t ask for a free trial of eye cream as I didn’t need eye cream. Two bottles of Argan oil arrived on my doorstep weeks apart along with eye cream. I didn’t order this so I rang the company. I managed to get a hold of a women in Australia. I told her in February I didn’t ask for these bottles to be sent. She said she would cancel my order. I was scammed for up to $1000. I have tried to ring them again but no reply.

Domino’s Pizza / Service and Quality and Payment

Very unhappy with quality of the service and food from Dominos in Queenstown. I waited 2 hours for delivery and when I called to assess the situation they said the pizza was ready and waiting for me when I clearly ordered for delivery. I then asked if the pizza would still be hot and the lady assured me it would. Upon delivery the lady gave me the pizza and I checked it was cold not to my surprise, she then handed me 2 1.5 ltr bottles of soda that was not on my order and forgot to bring the garlic bread. After that she apologized and told me I would only be charged for the 2 pizzas. The original total of the order was 29.99$ for everything and she charged me 33.50$ for the 2 pizzas. She then told me she would return with the cheesy bread, it came 30 minutes later, Burned on the bottom and un edible. I’m am really loosing hope in Dominos.
