On 30th June 2020, I saw an advert for Ketovatru on Facebook and clicked on a link that was provided. On the link, I was offered a 100% discount for the product and requested to pay R 70.00 for delivery. I processed the transaction and an amount of R1 967.28 was deducted instead. On the same day, I responded to an email the company sent me from [protected]@supportnotification.net to cancel the order. They later informed me that the order was cancelled and they would send the product anyway, nothing was mentioned of the refund I had requested.
On 02 July 2020, I called the number the supplied on the email (+27-[protected]) to make an enquiry of the refund and they were not willing to assist me.
