Albatross Immigration Consultant

Dear Readers from Qatar.

Beware with this immigration consultant. They are not a reliable one, especially, a lady with the name Anju who literarily lie in between her teeth by giving false hope. I have a friend who got robbed by her with money aroudn Qar. 12,000. They did not even give her the refund back. its been almost one year the money is stuck with them. Anyone if you are facing a similar issue with them, email me on sutakkukorea@gmail.com. I will ask my friend to get ready with all the documents. All you have to do is arrange a meetup and screw this buggers off for cheating innocent people. We all can go together and lodge a complaint with the Consumer service which will make a better case than giving individual case.

Careem Networks / Ride is cancelled

I have package of 20 rides. On my ride driver told me that the ride is cancelled and after awhile I got notification of the same while I did not cancel my ride. It was deducted from my package though I did not do any cancellation . The driver received a call from a customer waiting for him 15 min and the driver told him the same thing that he canceled the ride too while the customer is not aware. The driver is cancelling as he may not know how to use the app properly. Please add back the ride to my package.

Kuwait Airways / Cancelling flight less than 24 hours before the predefined time.

Dears, , my family ( wife & kids & maid ) was supposed to travel from doha to cairo 7-May 9:30 AM and arrive cairo 3:35 pm…booking reference ( RQVASP )…i received message 06-May 12:49PM from Kuwait airways telling me that the flight has been cancelled and the new flight will be at the same day but at 19:10PM and arrive at cairo 08-May 00:45 PM, This change made our plans upside down due to the following reasons:-
1 ) My kids did not go to the school at the next day because they arrived cairo late night.
2) My daughter missed a test at 08-May.
3) My family supposed to attend an important family gathering at 07-May 
and they missed it.
4) I booked and paid for the original booking because the flight was at the 
day time and the changed flight was at the night time.
5) I changed my working schedule at 07-May to drop off my family to the 
airport. 
6) We spent much money due to that change because some arrangements 
has been changed.

So, i am waiting for considered compensation from Kuwait airways due to the last minute change ( specially that i guess that this change for pure economical and saving money reasons )…

IKEA / Gunnern bathroom cabinet

Bought the Gunnern Bathroom cabinet in November 2017, by October 2017 the cabinet started to show patches of rust which are now spreading. The item doesn’t get wet as it’s not close to the shower, and the toilet dries up fast. Very disappointing that a steel product lasted less than a year. I hope Ikea will replace this item as it is clearly a defect.

Expedia / delayed luggage

Respected Concerned officer, 
With all due respect, I am writing this note to inform you about the services of airlines I got while booking through Expedia. I booked 2ways ticket Doha-LHR-JFK, on 18 Feb 2019, I had a flight Doha-London- JFK and it arrived on time. However, when I came outside to receive my luggage at JFK airport it was nowhere to be found. I went to the reception so that they could help me out and they asked me to wait patiently. I waited for some time but my luggage did not arrive. I was told that it has been left in Heathrow airport and I had to wait till next day to receive it.
I have shockingly experienced the same delay on 23rd February while landing in Doha back from JFK on flight BA 7010 -operated by Qatar airways. 
That is very disappointing comparing to the high standard services expected to be offered to a business class passenger. 
I am very displeased with this occurrence; Starting a business trip and attending business meetings with no luggage is not pleasant and affected myself as on personal and professional level. In parallel, you may please consider this serious incident as it is indeed strongly reflecting on you image.
