Complaint Against a Service Taiwan

Refund for car rental / Refund for the car rental service


We have reserved the car for 6 days from 12-18th May but unfortunately when I reached the MUC airport counter on 12th evening, they told me that they cannot give the car key for I need to offer them the original deiver’s License as well. So they ask to cancel the reservation which I have paid the full amount already. I tried to make the call to the complaint center but none picked up. Can anyone help me with this? My reservation No. is DE586742590 for 12-18th May.
