Dairy Queen / Service. Im complaining about attitude of staff in Dairy Queen near gate number 24 in Donmeaung international departure.

Saturday 25th May, 6.45am, the staff asked me to wait when I want to order cause she need to fill some forms?! After that she quite not happy and make me feel like really annoying her. She asked me to add topping with really bad attitude and haven’t asked me what size I want but chose for me. If have chance 1 more time, I NEVER COME BACK.

Lazada Southeast Asia / In complete Product received , Missing Accessories -No Response from lazada

I bought samsung 65 inch smart TV, on 1st May 2019 I received the lazada delivery but when Iopen it only TV unit was there.There was no TV remote, No Power cord, No TV stand for table, No wall mount, No Manual. Now from 8th days I am continously calling, emailing to lazada but no response, no solution, everyday they ask me to kindly wait.So disappointed with service, now if I return TV and order other, there is no surity I will get all items this time and about my money that again will take many many days asper lazada service so I can not do so .But they dont understand anything

Trane / Air Conditioner / After Sale Service (Repair Service)

My 3-year air conditioner has a problem – compressor doesn’t operate. Then, on 7 May 2019, I called Trane Service – Thailand (TDS) to request for the repair service, but staff told me to call another number to contact their subcontractor directly because the warranty period of my unit already ended.

Is this the Trane policy to not responsible for repair services after 1-2 years of the buying? Why customers have to contact your subcontractor directly to request for the repair service?

Can Trane (Thailand) company be the focal point for the repair services in order to ensure the rectification work is good enough?

Note: As usual, for other brands, I can call them to request for the repair services and they willing to send technician to fix my problem, but I cannot do this practice with Trane.
