First of all the package came very late from the delivry time i thoight ok might be coz of pandamic situation…and thy said it came to chennai and thn thy said it went to delhi and it was in customs …thn when delivered one box is missing out of 14box only 13came and even in packing thy hv kept induction stove on top and it broke we are giving money but thn thy are spoiling it in packing atleast thy could hv protected with some clothes in there

The customer care team in Damac is ignoring our complaint and refusing to solve our problems.

Damac wronged me when they put an illegal fine on me through the security.

I have submitted many of complaints to the customer team, but I discover the carelessness from them.

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC]

Its been 1 year since I opened my file in galadari driving institute and i have had the worst experience ever with them. They say that they are the ‘cheapest’ driving institute in dubai but that’s just a way to lure customers in. They have at least 10000 hidden charges that you will get to know about later.
The whole institute works on bribes and connections/reference. I know so many people who have passed their road test because they have given bribes to the order examiners.
Driving a car is not rocket science. Its the most easiest thing in the world if you know all the rules and regulations and the basics of car yet they fail people again and again to get more money.
As a student who works part time in dubai. This has been so difficult for me to afford even after the ‘student discount’ which was like 200 AED. How are they gonna judge my 1 year of driving in 5-10 minutes. If they want to judge they should ask my instructor to see how i drive. Literally they will fail you if you breathe in the wrong way. They will be like ‘No you need to breathe 10 times a minute not 12 times’. I know this sounds ridiculous but believe me when i say this that they will fail you for no reason.
I had the road test and instead of letting me drive the examiner is purposely putting her hands on the steering wheel and then she failed me because she was ‘helping’ me drive. The other reason she failed me because I didn’t do a line change IN FRONT of the signal. Like that doesn’t even make sense.
The instructor will tell you something else and the RTA will tell you something else. It hard to please them at all.
Not to mention the extra charge of 713 AED if you fail a road test. You have to take 2 classes even if you failed for a small reason.
I have my test again next week and i swear to god if i fail again I am going to complain about this institute to the Dubai Police Traffic Department because of how they are taking bribes and gifts to pass people and how unfair the institute charges are.
Under the customer protection law no. 24 of 2006. I have the right to express my opinions and i will do that.

Rehlat Online Services

Hi I booked through rehlat in march 2020 riyadh to kolkata round trip. But my flight is cancelled by airlines due to covid-19. And indigo airline refunded my amount to rehlat on 19 march 2020. But agency says we are waiting for refund approval from airlines. Im waiting from more than 03 months for my money back. I sent lot of mails to rehlat agency but still im waiting for my refund. Bad experience with your agency.

Krasi Attasio

Went to Krasi for a reading as i know astrology to be a good tool to get insight on ones life. Got a recorded skype reading from her and she told me to contact her for any questions. Well i did have a question. Before the reading started i informed her that i was 85% sure that i was born at a particular time and that there was a little doubt and she said she could figure this out(if i was born at that time or not) So when the reading was over this issue wasnt adressed and i asked her again to make sure i was born at that time. This is when she asks for an additional 280 dollars or an additional 180 dollars. At this ponit i ended all communication and filed this report.

Delivered a fake Yeezy White Shoes | Dubizzle Middle East

I had purchased from a seller in Dubizzle a fake shoes and paid it for 1100 dirhams. I thought it was original since that I was told. When I got the Item, he delivered it to me, handed it over the box and gave him the money and he left right away since he was driving. When I looked on the shoes, I noticed that the shoes is Fake! I called him and sent him messages that I need a refund but he is ignoring me.
Please help me and assist me with this seller!

LuLu Hypermarket — Order not delivered

I ordered swing bed and nail clipper on april 12th and opted delivery slot on 17th april between 3:00 to 5:00pm.. But only nail clipper is delivered and delivery person had no idea about the swing bed. They send me the invoice for the two items.. I send few mails but they did not reply to any one of them. I tried toll free number also..
I want the swing bed urgent. Please let me know the delivery status. I am a resident of sharjah al majaz2

Sharaf DG — flexipay

My friend and I purchased two iphones from Sharaf DG. They convinced us to take their flexi pay services for 24 months payment. We did exactly after they explained that they will do all the work on their end to convert the purchase into installment. We used my friend’s RAKBANK credit card. Now, 2 years after, when I thought I was already done with the payments, my friend came to me saying that we accumulated more than 6, 000 aed of finance charges because Sharaf DG charged it as one-time purchase. After being convinced to use their facility, it came back to me as a nightmare. I even have the receipt from them that states the 24 months installment plan with RAKBANK. Worst experience! I will never want to do business with Sharaf DG ever again!
