Ung wonton soup is sobrang alat tas ung isang rice namin pinaupgrade namin into egg rice pero ang dumating is plain rice tas ang chaopan rice is walang lasa tuwing oorder kmi lagi nlng may kulang o kaya sobrang alat . Good day! I am one of your regular customers. I am writing this letter to make an appeal on my predicament on one of your crew/staff at UpTown Mall, BGC. It was the first time that we went to the said mall, as we were looking for a new place to have our groceries.
We were amazed by the place because it is well sanitized and we have decided to have our lunch in Chowking because my wife has been craving for Salt and Pepper Pork as it is one of her favorite dishes in the restaurant. So we ordered the said dish and I ordered ChowPan w/ Siomai. My wife noticed that the dish she ordered is too dry as it was almost toasted the same thing that the other woman besides our table noticed also. My wife did not complain for this and even the other woman. I asked for two sachets of Toyomansi sauce, one for me and my wife because it is our favorite condiment every time we eat at Chowking. Your service crew, in the name of CRISTINA ASUNCION, who is taking our order, did not even consider my request for an additional of only one sachet of toyomansi sauce. She told me that I need to buy the sauce for Php 5 .00 and she even said this “Oh ano ba and inorder mo?” May memo kami dyan.” Memo for what? I am just asking for 1 sachet of toyomansi only which we usually do every time me and my wife eat in Chowking. Why does she need to tell me about that memo when in fact toyo is just a condiment which is supposed to be an extra seasoning for your dishes to satisfy your customers. Many restaurants are doing that, Mang Inasal, Landers, other branches of Chowking, Jollibee, Mc Donalds, and even KFC w/ their unlimited gravy. but only UpTown mall branch did not give in to a small and simple request of a customer. As I remembered, we were only 4 customers during that time (as evidence see attached picture) and the restaurant is almost empty. So I don’t think they run out of the said seasoning. Yes, I admit because I am already irritated with what the service crew said so I raised my voice. But due to my surprise, she also yells back at me! and still insisting not to give me my request. Such inappropriate manners as a service crew. So, I asked her to call the manager. Good thing that the manager, Ms. Kimberly Urmatam, talked to me and approached me calmly. She said sorry and to ease the situation, she gave me my request. As simple as that.
What brings me to this, is to call your attention to look into this kind of situation. A simple request for a condiment or “TOYOMANSI” is supposed to be free. Another thing, maybe more orientation on your staff on what is a good CUSTOMER SERVICE all about.
My husband ordered 3pcs choco pao and 1 pcf with toppings for take out at LGF SM CITY FAIRVIEW BRANCH AROUND 6-6:30PM . Sadly, pag uwi dito sa bahay, pag open ng siopao., asado siopao ang nakalagay.. Nakakayamot lang nag craving pa naman ako sa choco pao dahil buntis ako.. tapos yung gusto ko kainin hindi ko makain.. I tried to contact their hotline pero hindi makontak.. I applied for an upgrade with vodacom which for some reason was converted to a new line. I was not aware of this because when they delivered the device there was no new simcard. I have contacted them a couple of times to resolve the issue and they said that they cant switch lines on the 16th of February I spoke to Mishack he said that he will log a request for the contract to be cancelled and the device will be collected within 7 days- he called me again on the 19th to confirm this. On the 25th of February I called them again and spoke to Linda Ntsundu who was very rude – refused to give me a reference number for the call and refused to give me his team leaders (Refiloe) surname and contact details. Refiloe called me back and because I was busy with work I requested her to call me back in 5 minutes which never happened. Today (01 March) I called them again and spoke to Sasha Gope and she said her team leader Curtis Green said she must escalate my query. I requested to speak to Curtis who was apparently busy. I also requested that he calls me back and I am still waiting.
I have been debited twice so far for a line that has never been active and worse I never received the sim card

I would like to be refunded my money back to my account that WLY complete save took out of my account without my knowledge this happen in three occasions these dates 18th December, 18th January and 18th February 2021 with out my consent to access my account please can you contact me about this issue as it needs to be resolved I have contacted my bank and no more payments will be taken from my account this is in acceptable and i am shocked this has happened.
You are still taking £15 from my account every month I never signed up for this and I want the whole amount returned to me or I shall seek legal advice. I have already done this message many times before it’s fraud and it needs to stop. And I mean stop right now it’s absolutely disgusting that this fraudulent behave is aloud to carry on I’m sick of it and it is really stressing me out now.

I didn’t want to pay for anything, I should have gotten a £15 refund for an iceland pay back scheme but I never received it but now I have had £45 taken out of my account, I couldn’t understand what for but I don’t want this and I want a full refund, I am not happy as I wasn’t told there would be a charge and haven’t even received the money I should have, I don’t have the money to be paying for this and never even used it. I tried once but now three transactions have been taken I am very frustrated.
So after speaking to my bank as I do not recognise the payments taken. £15.00 every month for the last few years! That is a substantial amount but with £15.00 not being a large amount It did not raise any alarms.. However I was under the impression it is a prepayment certificate but it turns out it’s not! It’s some other company through a retailer! I am actually fuming as I am very particular to what I sign upto. I want a full refund from this company and compensation otherwise I will be taking level action.
I just when into my account and £15pound came out of my account which I did not give my approval of the just took it out of out the account complete save. Co.uk I would llke my money back into my account and the have no right going on to people account without the money knowledge thank you I did not ask to be a member .it is invasion of your account and privacy
