Complaint Against a Service United States


Sent me an outdated version of something I ordered, which looked and worked completely different. They then insist that I either keep the product for a 20% refund or to pay return shipping for a full refund. Return shipping would cost over 50% of the item. This is a bait and switch move. Seems like they are trying to get rid of old product.

They are using a tatic that forces their customers to either keep the wrong and much inferior product or to lose money by returning the item back. Also, because the item is under $50, you are protected of fraud. So it’s as if they know they are going to win regardless. They are playing the U.S. system and should be stopped.
