I booked a flight for my fiance in London on Air Auropa. He couldn’t make theflight because of a death and he was also quite sick. I caleld the airline; they said no problem, and that they changed flights for just the change fee due to covid issues right now, and told me to call the online ticket retailer. They have no number listed, so I had to hunt for one.
Finally found it (not on their web site – shady in itself!) but when I called, the guy from India said “too bad” because the airline rules say no refunds or credits. I told him I JUST SPOKE TO THE AIRLINE, and that the airline said no problem, especially now. He HUNG UP ON ME. I fly ALL THE TIME, but will NEVER use these ripoff jerks again. EVER.
