This establishment wrongfully cancelled my event that wasn’t scheduled till October of 2021 and now refuse to refund my any of my money that I’ve already paid. I intially contracted their services in February of 2020 and paid $4k up front to reserve the date of October 16, 2021. The Agreement was to make $100 monthly payments which I made a monthly payment of $200 in March of 2020, even though on the contract it states that to reserve the date we needed to pay $500 then a month after $1000 and there after $100 monthly.
Which up to this date I am ahead of those payments. Then at the end of March or so we were hit with the COVID-19 Pandemic, which forced the closer of this and similar establishments. This particular establishment does not give the option to make payments by phone, online or at any other locations, payments can only be made at this particular location in person, which was closed. Then suddenly I received a letter informing me that my event has been cancelled due to nonpayment. On the letter there is no phone numbers given to contact them, they only give an email, which I respond to them, but I don’t receive a response till weeks later, stating the same as the letter.
I again try calling the numbers on their website and Facebook page, I tried sending them a message thru Messenger and emailed again with no response.
