I spoke with a sales representative after seeking a comercial on TV.

I called them and the sold me a service…The sales rep lied 1000% to me and I was told that I would have a cusomer representative assigned to me by Tuesday. On Wednesdy I called the company, they informed me that they do NOT assign representatives, and It wouldtake up to 2 months to move forward…Meanwhile they are taking out of my bank account $766.20 per month.
