I do not know if this message will be seen by perfume.com company that I am struggling with, or with the same Manager or the bad agent, but I really want to end this. I do not know who is going to read what I have been through, I do not ask for something I do not deserve or something that is not one of my rights, I just want to end this miserable situation I have been through with this company (www.perfume.com)
I ordered two perfumes, Order # 39217250 , on 12/13/2020.
I was very excited and happy because I want to give these perfumes as a holiday gift for people I care about. I got a call from SMSA Express Retail (A local company in Saudi Arabia ) who actually would deliver the perfumes to my house. I received the box from them, paid for two perfumes ( as an option to pay cash when I received my order ).
I paid 1,789.13 SAR ( 476.89 United States Dollar ) for those two perfumes ( 238$ for each perfume ). I opened the box I received from SMSA ( the local company ) and found only one perfume! I was shocked because I prepared them as a gift. Anyway, they already ruined it. I found a sticker on the box that says it contains only one quantity. ( have evidence).
