On 12/16/20 I placed an order for three (3) containers of Super Beets for $69.90 made by Humann. I received said product and did not like it. They claimed I could return the product for a full refund if it was not satisfactory. I shipped the product back to them, following their instructions, on 12/30/20, the day after I received it.
I was supposed to get a refund within “3-5 business days” after they received it. They received their product on 1/12/21. On 1/25/21, I had not received my refund as promised, so I called them and waited on hold for 20 minutes. So I texted them instead. They said I would get a refund in “3-5 business days.” I texted them again today 2/1/21 (after 5 business days) and they said the refund should appear on my credit card today 2/1/21. Still did not get a refund by 7PM MST.
I tried calling them on 2/2/21. Pressed #5 for Customer Support and kept getting sent back to original recording. After one minute, the call automatically disconnected twice. Finally, I just called my credit card company to dispute this $69.90 charge. After that, I got a text from Humann that said it takes 2-3 more days for the credit to hit my account. So much stalling.
I would not advise buying this product as their customer service is pitiful! And the product is awful anyway. Tastes like dirt and has the consistency of mud. Who could drink that every day? I sincerely doubt it does anything for blood pressure either.
