Sony Corporation

I had purchased Sony Bravia tv which was on offer with spark. I received tv which had a fault in it. I spoke to Sony for a replacement and they agreed for the same.

Sony team picked up tv from our place and confirmed that they have received it and will send new tv soon. However I haven’t received any information on it. It’s been 5 weeks I am waiting for tv.

No response from the Sony team on emails or number provided by them. I would like to take this issue with higher authorities of Sony and expect support on it. – Rachana
