My name is Anchen Rabie ([protected]). I have send in a complaint to info.[protected]@steers.co.za on the 15/05/2020 and have not received any feedback. You complaints telephone no is also not working.
On the 15/05/2020 we ordered food at 16h10 and paid for the order via the steers app. Order 110. We called in after an hour and was told the food was ready but they are waiting for a driver. We tried again after half an hour (still without food) and ten we got a voice prompt that the line was extremely busy. We received our order at 18h30. BUT, I ordered 3x burgers and only received 2. Me and my Son had to share a burger as we tried phoning both your complaints no and the store’s no without any success. We paid for everything before hand and when the driver delivered the food he wanted proof of payment.
This was noting else but THEFT. We paid for food that we did not get. Shame on you. I do not want free food through this complain. In FACT I will not ever make use of Steers again. This is just to tell you that your Company will not be blessed as you rip off hard working people.
