I am a frequent flyer in spice jet. I have notice that your ground staff are very rude to speak to a customer. I have also noticed that they are fighting with their own staff. If this is the case then how they will treat the costumer. I have made a decision next time not to travel by spice jet and even mention to friends and colleagues. Please take immediate action on your staff or else you might lose your business. I ask for the manage in charge he is not see at the airport.
