I would like to bring to your attention my frustration of yesterday. We came to the Cinema at about 11h30 and elected to watch a show at 12h15 via your terminal (TICKET ATTACHED) . We then went into the cinema and someone checked our ticket and directed us to the show . We then realised we were to early and left to have something to eat, we then returned at about 12h10 where another staff member checked our ticket and directed us in .
The show then started and like 20 minutes into the movie the show cut off, we sat inside for 10 minutes with no one comming to check on us . However while we were inside and the movie was playing the lady who checked our ticket the 2nd time and directed us in came in twice but looked and said nothing .
When we eventually came out and asked they told us we booked for the evening session when we tried to explain to the manager Vela Zyianda Ngcaba that our ticket was checked twice and we were certain we booked for 12h15 she became load and argumentative and refused to refund our money !.
I am a movie card holder for years with my hole family and this is the first time i have had such BAD SERVICE!!
