Taco Bell — Food/Service

We arrived at lobby at 11 pm. Manager said he had to take order through drive thru because they were closed in the lobby and we were just lucky he forgot to lock the doors or we would have to use drive thru. He slowly took our orders. My daughter went first them me. My order was rang up at 11:04 pm. The girl fixing food kept complaining about being tired and she was supposed to be off hour ago and she wasnt even supposed to be their. She took until 11:25 pm and finished my daughters order then when I asked where my order was she said thats it. I said no I have an order too. She said oh. Im tired again I was supposed to be off hour ago and Im tired. They made my order and I specifically told them no quac or sour cream on nacho box. They put it on they when questioned it they said well when he rang it up it didnt say. I said I reminded him and he walked over told you. She said again well im tired and was supposed to be off hour ago. I said just give me my money back and she said no heres your food we made it like rect said so you can take it and go now. I said give me the damn food and they will hear about this tomorrow. She crushed the lids on both our nachos smearing the toppings on lid and breaking chips. I called another taco bell and let them know. They said they would let dist. mgr. know. Oh and inform me lobbys dont close till 12. All at 12. Im pissed off and came home opened up to see the crap and my husband refused to eat the crap. I tried some but I couldnt even bite some chips they were hard so I had to spit them out. Taco Bell — Made order wrong.

It was around 8:35 pm that I went to the Loyola location in Kenner, LA. I went in the store to place my order through the machine and pay for it . I order a combo for my son, taco supreme for my husband and for me got the power bowl with no Pico De Gallo on it. They got my order wrong so when I mention to them the did again the power bowl but she forgot to add the seasonel rice so I was just to upside to check again I left the store. But when I got home I look at my order and that when I found that the rice was missing and since I live far from the location. I did not want to drive back because I would so angre that I would have been yell at them about getting my order wrong. Would you be mad if they got your order wrong and then drive back to the restaurant. I would like a refund for the power bowl only. Another thing why can they have a section to where one can get a print copy of they order why it only text, email or no receipt. Some people would like a receipt instand of give out there email or phone number. As much as people like to get any information on a person how come you can get to where one can pay at the counter. Every one of your restaurant get some of my order wrong but some fix it right the second time this just out fix wrong both time. Taco Bell — food poisoning

The food I ordered through Grubhub (Order #[protected]-4814928) came mishandled and gave me food poisoning. The person who prepared the order needs to be fired. There is no reason for this to happen. The restaurant should be ashamed if that was possible but they obviously aren’t since they think this type of service is acceptable. A full health inspection is necessary. If you don’t prompt one, I will.

Hello good night I drove thru the drive thru on monday night around 11:21 pm to get my late lunch /dinner and my order was 3 # 7’s and a #15 they gave me my regular tacos chicken instead of beef and my fiesta taco salad chicken when I want was beef I been going there for years and didnt expect this on top of that they serve me diet pepsi like what is wrong I need I full refund my contact number is [protected] email [protected]@icloud.com

Taco Bell / Speed

I have been sitting waiting for my food for 35min. There is absolutely 0 speed to their work. They Dilly dally and mess around. When I ask they just say “it’s coming” which an attitude. I don’t wait this long at Red Lobster where the food isn’t sitting in a warmer. Location: 608 N Main St. Blacksburg, VA 24060. Order 257008. This isn’t my first complaint about this place but they have hired a whole new staff. Nothing changed.

Taco Bell / Order not complete

Ordered large order from this location on 5/8/19 26 total items. Was told by young lady behind counter order was checked and complete. Should have known better but I trusted them to check order. Not only that but I went inside because the order was large and didn’t want to inconvenience the drive up customers to make a long story short I got home checked the order and found all 6 crunchy tacos missing. I went back to the store and told the gentleman behind the counter the trouble and was told we will take care of this. I received my tacos without so much as a sorry or kiss my what or what ever. I’ve had minor trouble with this store in the past but I can guarantee that I will not have any trouble in the future. I can do without tacos from Taco Bell in the future

Husband went through drive through Had to repeat order 6 times, Employee was very rude, yelled through head set stating he could not hear order, when husband went to window, Husband asked employee to read back order, employee was disgruntled and mumbled under breath, he did repeat order, 6 burritos and 6 tacos.

Husband gave employee debit card, When employee went to hand card back to him, he would not give it to him, ( almost like a game) This could be considered theft.

Husband, told employee give me my card, Employee cussed husband out and threw debit card at him! Husband spoke to management about this. I tried calling store numerous time to form a complaint, phone has been busy.

Taco Bell / Order completely wrong and rude managment.

My husband ordered 2 taco salads & 2 tacos, 1 without red strips & sour cream. When ready, he asked if the 1 was without strips & sour cream. They said yes. Got home & it was wrong. I took it back, upset cause he asked if it was right. The manager & girl was very rude cause I was upset.

Manager pushed the food back at me. I was the one to apologize for being upset, then got home 2 find the tacos were also wrong. This is far from the first time this has happened, but that manager knows nothing about customer service & showed it when she pushed the food back at me. They never did apologize, and said they might have if I hadn’t been upset.

Haven’t made a purchase from this location in 3 years. Decided to try again tonight. Huge mistake. Husband picked up the order and brought to me at work since I could not leave for dinner. Shorted the order, to begin with. Left out one taco and the Cinnabon 4 pk.

The quesadilla was scorched, bone dry, no cheese of any kind and not fit to eat. It was trashed and since my husband had to share his tacos with me, he was not too happy either. The tacos were soggy and falling thru the bottom as we tried to eat them.

On top of all this, the clerk was surly and never even spoke other than to call out the price of the bad food. His name was Treivous B. Cant call the store since calls go straight to some kind of device that sounds like a fax machine.

Called corp office and it says to call back during business hours. Done with this lousy service and worse food at Taco Bell in Perry Georgia. Today is Dec. 13, 2018, and we will never, ever go back there.

Taco Bell / Dirty unsanitary environment

While waiting for food at Taco Bell on Dewey in Greece NY, I observed very unsanitary work area…overflowing garbage with garbage and food all over the floor while they worked and walked around in it.

This is disgusting and I couldn’t believe they were allowed to work and serve people food like this.
