Complaint Against a Service

The above company installed a ” rent to own” equipment that was to be maintained by them for one year before I paid the outstanding balance on a deferred program. The equipment states along with contract ” 247 emergency service” and Energywise ” does not consent to others” servicing equipment.

Energywise misinformed me that they were in ” good standings” with Enbridge gas etc. It seems there are numerous complaints and lawsuits pending; many dissatisfied customers with both Energise and yourself.

I have sent letters, phone calls, emails to Energywise in the beginning ( cooling off period) that went unanswered or letter returned. Currently, phone numbers ( are disengaged) and emails cannot be put forward. I want the equipment removed from my home immediately.

Breach of contract and so forth. I no longer want to do business with so much dishonesty present regarding this matter. If I cannot close my account swiftly I too will move forward with a lawsuit. Please contact Tina # [protected] to make arrangements to dissolve my contract.
