Totally frustrated. Salesman quicj to make a sale. Never gave the truth. After the sale wr couldnt get hold if him. Waiting over a month for the phone thst goes with fibre while paying for the service we dont have.

Still no phone today after tens if calls to ne told the call is closed as product delivered. We have not received anything. Now we have to log another technical call after being put on hold and transfered multiple times. Of course the call at our cost.

Now wr start from tbe beginning. Pathetic sales perso, pathetic callcentre service. We are now stuck with vodacom or we would choose another service provider. Please call us urgently if you have any professionalism left. [protected].
