Complaint Against a Service

Vista / Rfid wallet

Ordered 3 wallets in early December. Using the tracking # starting last week the status of this package has not changed, since 12/13 it has said it’s on its way to the po in Plano tx. It’s now over 2 weeks since I ordered and the status is unchanged.

Unless someone is walking this package miles to the Plano po this is ridiculous. I have emailed the vendor several times and they obviously have no concept of customer service as no one has responded at all.

I’m done with your segment, Jill’s Steals & Deals. And yes I’m judging you by the poor response from one vendor. I am extremely disappointed and will ensure no one I know participated in any of your orders.

FYI most of my friends have stopped watching Today so I dont have to do much. I am just do very disappointed in this experience and wanted you to know but I doubt I’ll hear from you and am ready to write off a total loss what I spent on these gifts that I’ve already replaced.
