Complaint Against a Service / Breast Actives

I ordered and paid for 3 month supply of breast actives on 20 November 2018. Today is the 9th of December and I still haven’t received a confirmation email providing me with my tracking number.

I have tried to contact them via the phone but I can never get through to them. I have also tried to reach them via email but I get no response.

Has this happened to anyone before and if yes, how did you resolve it? Customer Service
