Took my stimulas money without my consent and they left my account open when I conformed theam my bank account information was stolen | Wells Fargo

I called the bank several times to let theam know that my account information was stolen… That somebody was writing checking in my name upon making the bank aware of that wells Fargo never helped or attempted to help me solve this problem they left my bank account open until my stimulus check was direct deposited in the account from the irs but the thing is I never gave the irs any of my wells fargo bank account information for theam to direct deposit any money in to the wells Fargo account let alone since it was comprimised way before the stimulas check was direct deposited in that account so now at this time im filing an compliant due to the fact that I never gave the irs any direct deposoit information to send any money to wells Fargo bank and not only that wells fargo knew my bank account had been compmised and they still did not close out that account..

I was just calling to ask a why the money in my savings was taken out and put into my checking, causing me to have no money for a little. The woman was sure how to help so she put me on with her supervisor Kevin who was even more helpless. He was very unfriendly & wouldn’t answer any of my various questions. And kept rudely asking if I have an income since my account is negative or any way to pay it at all. Very uninformative.

Wells Fargo / Erroneous Credit Reporting

I received a letter back in late September stating that I was late on my payment and incurred a late fee. I ignored it because I thought it was an error since my payments are never late. I received another letter about a month later and this time it showed that I incurred a late fee.

I became concerned and contacted customer service, who after reviewing my account, mentioned that one of my payments wasn’t applied properly due to when it was received. I was told that they will fix the issue and reverse the late fees.

Needless to say, I called a total of 4 times (twice on 11/21/18, once on 12/21/18 and once on 1/5/19), but the problem has yet to be fixed. As if this wasn’t bad enough, these erroneous late payments were reported on my credit report, causing my score to tank significantly! I immediately called upon notice, but was unable to be helped because the “business dept” was closed. I requested for someone to call me immediately on the next business day and have yet to receive a phone call.

so far waited 38 days for any response …non as of yet… called 44 times stayed on hold about 15 hours so far no one helps i emailed the presidents office 21 times
still no response… i sent real actual letters with return receipts and still no response… they stole my money without permission and now refuse to help me get back all the bounce fees and stop check fees due to their criminal act., , , ,

i was told it would take about 24 hours tops that was 37 days ago and i have to call daily to try to get my money…

someone needs to sue this place someone needs to have it shut down…

banks stealing money…opening up fake accounts… opening up investment accounts all without the owners knowledge or permission…
