I purchased the above refrigerator at Lowes in February of 2017. Along with the frig I bought a whirlpool dishwasher, stove and microwave. I bought it at Lowe’s. I also purchased the extended warranty for 5 years on the 3 appliances. I have been having issues with the frig since the end of April and the problem still isn’t solved. I have made several phone calls and received different info each time. At first I was not told of the rental frig or the food reimbursement. I have spent hours on hold on the phone and have to take off several hours from work to be home for service calls that are not doing any good. The one lady asked for a buyout for me and they turned it down. The 2nd company told me it was an internal problem and they need to send out a “Sealed System Repair Service Company” which they are not doing. They are sending out another refrigeration company that is not going to be able to do anything the other two couldn’t. So now I have to lose more food and take off more time from work for nothing. It has been a nightmare to deal with and I am at my wits end. I have done everything I am supposed to do in good faith and all I get is the run around. This is not good for the Whirlpool name because everyone I work with knows what is happening and they can hear me on the phone for the last 7 weeks. Can you please help me get this resolved?
