Whirlpool Corporation — gas range Model weg745h0fs0 series R81575131

I purchased this range approx. 2 years ago and have only been using it moderately for 1.5 years, household of one person.

The appliance flashed message F2E1, stuck/shorted key. I had the local appliance repair send someone out and he told me the entire electronic panel needs to be replaced and the part is priced at more than $450. My reaction was shock and dismay. I bought an American made appliance and this happens.

I am wondering if this is a common problem with this model and what you can do to assist me in this situation. I can supply the receipt.

Whirlpool Corporation — defective hot water heater

I’ve been having to deal with a defective Whirlpool hot water heater for quite some time. Whirlpool customer service hasn’t been helpful at all. My nephew has tried to assist me and has sent pictures. They claim the hot water heater is in the bathroom and the pictures wasn’t good which is total non sense.

I resent pictures clearly showing the hot water heater is located in the laundry room which is totally separate from the bathroom and it shows in the pictures that the hotwater heater is located near the dryer and the washing machine which anyone in their right mind should know a toilet and bathtub isn’t located in the laundry room.

I’m tired of the back and fourth with Whirlpool customer service and has been trying to get assistance regarding another hotwater heater since it’s still under warranty. I’m also going to file a complaint against Whirlpool with the Better business bureau.

Whirlpool Corporation / 18.2 cu ft refrigerator with top freezer

I purchased the above refrigerator at Lowes in February of 2017. Along with the frig I bought a whirlpool dishwasher, stove and microwave. I bought it at Lowe’s. I also purchased the extended warranty for 5 years on the 3 appliances. I have been having issues with the frig since the end of April and the problem still isn’t solved. I have made several phone calls and received different info each time. At first I was not told of the rental frig or the food reimbursement. I have spent hours on hold on the phone and have to take off several hours from work to be home for service calls that are not doing any good. The one lady asked for a buyout for me and they turned it down. The 2nd company told me it was an internal problem and they need to send out a “Sealed System Repair Service Company” which they are not doing. They are sending out another refrigeration company that is not going to be able to do anything the other two couldn’t. So now I have to lose more food and take off more time from work for nothing. It has been a nightmare to deal with and I am at my wits end. I have done everything I am supposed to do in good faith and all I get is the run around. This is not good for the Whirlpool name because everyone I work with knows what is happening and they can hear me on the phone for the last 7 weeks. Can you please help me get this resolved?

Whirlpool Corporation / Refridgerator

The freezer of my French door fridge froze shut I pulled it open and the door broke off. I called to have it repaired and was told it would not be covered this is a 2500 fridge and I have a warranty. I am beyond pissed.

Why make a cheap product? This is crazy that you buy something and the company doesn’t stand behind there products. I want this situation remedied asap.
