When I complained to the manager that my Whopper was ice cold, he said, “I didn’t make it.” I told him that he is responsible as a manager and needs to fix it, I said, “Unfortunately, I ate it.” He said, “I can give you a new sandwich.”
That is not acceptable. I didn’t pay $7.79 for a meal and be told that he didn’t make the cold sandwich. He needs to learn some basic manners and realize that customers like me will never come back to that Burger King.
When I told him, that the soda machine had no ice, he really could care less. He sarcastically said, “I’ll fix it.” Hmm, first of all, he does not know how to relate to the public. Secondly, he needs to learn some basic rules of customer service. And thirdly, he needs to work on that attitude.
