Canada Complaint Against a Service / mineral touch makeup primer

I ordered it on Oct 3. You guys changed my delivery date twice. It was supposed to come by nov 9 and then nov 12. Then there was a message saying that the postal strike was causing severe delays in pkg delivery and I was asked if I would wait and I said yes. Well I still have not received the item but now I’m being told that it’s too late for a refund. So you guys got my money and I get nothing in return? I also never received the free gift that I ordered in sept. If you guys don’t fix this I will never use wish again and I will post it all over fb that you take people’s money but don’t send the items. I have ordered quite a few things and would like to order more but not if you guys aren’t willing to fix this issue. It’s not right that I got nothing for my money Customer Service
