Complaint Against a Service — Payment issue

I had a fraud issue with my MasterCard last year and I have now since recieved a new one but it won’t for some reason let me check out the items in my cart. I know they looked at all of my past purchases when they were looking into the case and there was some items from wish but the were sent and have since been put on my new card which is great. So please help me check my cart out.
