Complaint Against a Service — refund for canceled item not received

I placed 2 orders of the same product by accident. Wish claims that they canceled the orders but I still haven’t received my refund. They say it was canceled on the 4th of December, it is now the 16th and they have no legitimate way of contacting anyone, they have no customer service representatives. Is this a scam? How do I get my money back? Are all the other apps associated with wish like this as well? Who do you talk to? Customer service number? Email? Like seriously what is going on?
