Complaint Against a Service United States — refund

I was charged for an item I did not order, $158.76 On 9/2/19. I have been emailing WISH since then and keep getting responses that they will refund my money but it hasn’t happened! What do I have to do to get the refund? I have numerous emails I can send you to back up my complaint. I have attached one of them. This charge was not made by me nor authorized by me.
