I left a email and I did try to update address I have 2 wish accounts, today I am having trouble logging in or even to create a account with the old info

Replica Guns I did not order | Wish.com

today is 21/4/20 and I am writing from Australia, this site is unbelievable, they place orders on my card without my consent particularly Replica Guns which are illegal in Australia. There is no way in the world I would order guns I hate them, I have told the Police, Told Wish, Told the ACCC, No one will listen Customs will go mad when they intercept them and I will be accused of gun running . So my record is clean and will forever be linked with these people.I was an International Flight Attendant with Qantas for 35 years with a perfect record. I am 72, and this is disgusting. I stopped my card but these people had charged it, they are criminals .The items when I looked on their site were $8 plus $18 shipping, they have billed me twice $101 -00, that is theft. I write to them but I am wasting my time! They must be stopped!

Wish.com — unauthorized debit card charges for an order I DIDN’T place

£93 was taken from bank account by WISH.com. I check my recent orders and could see 2 orders that I did not place! One which had been cancelled already without any money taken, and the other that had also been cancelled but the £93 had been taken from my bank, then refunded into their account under WishCash, which means I now have to spend this money on Wish items! Apparantly it cannot be refunded once it’s in WishCash. I want my money back!!!

Wish.com — I cleared my cart and I dont know the items I was debited for.

I placed and order on the 12/01/2020 but I cancelled it and cleared my cart. I was debited three(3) times on the 21/01/2020 (2100 naira on each debit).i sent a message to wish(Wish customer support) but no comforting reply. And today 29/01/2020 1 was debited again by wish(4388.34 naira) on items i have no clue about. Customers support is not helping. And i need a refund for all the debits i have received thank you

Wish.com — refund for canceled item not received

I placed 2 orders of the same product by accident. Wish claims that they canceled the orders but I still haven’t received my refund. They say it was canceled on the 4th of December, it is now the 16th and they have no legitimate way of contacting anyone, they have no customer service representatives. Is this a scam? How do I get my money back? Are all the other apps associated with wish like this as well? Who do you talk to? Customer service number? Email? Like seriously what is going on?

As well i m (was) a seller on wish.com !!!

PLEASE READ URGENTLY!!
Regardless Seller or Buyer!

As a seller you place items to sell – of course if a customer buys a product the seller has to Full fill the order! And this is all a seller can do!!
There is absolutely NO Control/Evidence whether the Items are getting shipped or NOT!

Once an order is placed by a customer it is completely in wish.com hands whether it get shipped or NOT!

I had a decent start first – after learning my lessons got better generated good sales, – one gentleman was asking where is my tracking number. Also no Respond to the costumer!
This is where i made my way through and dig into wish. – First i got Fined 3 Times over $50 because orders are not being Shipped?!!!
AGAIN: there is NO set up or anything a seller can do after placing the Items!

After digging i realised (unfortunately very late) that 99% of my the orders having no Tracking information even after 5 weeks passing! – Means more FINES for me!

After writing/asking to Wish support about it, take a wild guess: Respond NEXT to NOTHING!! Even now after one week.
Outsourcing the web about selling/customer issues I found out this seems to be a very BIG fraud against Seller&Buyer!
Having 14k on the clock – I started deleting all my Items – bit later one Gentleman from Columbia ordered 7 times the same item out of the blue!
The day after some items are still getting promoted?!!! for what?!

and few other orders suddenly popped up – most likely just that wish can charge me for deleting and given all the paying Customers the money back – I Sincerely HOPE that they all getting their hard earned $$$$ Back!!!

I don’t know what wish.com is anymore BUT i can’t wait to see them crushed like a cockroach in COURT!!!
The amount of complaints is unbelievable – worse people have been charged and praying to get the money back……!!

I SECOND THAT: Beware and stop using wish.com

Wish.com — refund

I was charged for an item I did not order, $158.76 On 9/2/19. I have been emailing WISH since then and keep getting responses that they will refund my money but it hasn’t happened! What do I have to do to get the refund? I have numerous emails I can send you to back up my complaint. I have attached one of them. This charge was not made by me nor authorized by me.
