The premium for the above mentioned insurance policy has already been charged from my RCBC credit card. However, the policy which was supposed to be sent to me days after the call still was not delivered.
Having read some of the complaints on the same insurance company, I am afraid I will also have to pull out from the policy. Until today, the terms and conditions of the insurance policy are not yet clear to me, yet I am already paying for the insurance.
I would like to request for the cancellation of the insurance policy.
