After agreeing with this insurance over the phone and now I need to speak one of your agents is so hard to connect on your contact numbers. Please explain why my policy still not issues and wondering why you charge me in my November statement twice the amount due.
I am requesting for the cancelation of this insurance because it is not already healthy to see comments and complaints that I myself also encountering. Hope to hear any call or email regarding mine complains.
