I ordered the ring 12-9-18 prior to the cut off date of 12-20-18 And while I’m sitting here at home on Christmas day there is no ring.. I’ve spoken with a customer service associate and she had absolutely no information as myself..
Other shopping experiences were okay, even though one of the lab created stones fell from another ring i purchased. Will never shop with zales again. No knowledge of ordered items. No help. Poor business ethics.
