I placed my order on the 11th of December, in time to have it delivered before Christmas. I tried to track the order but it is impossible as it has not even been processed on Zando’s side yet.
I tried giving them a call, but to no avail as they do not even bother to answer their phones and I also tried emailing but they do not even have the decency to reply. I obviously bought the items to have before Christmas.
I also placed an order with Superbalist same day I ordered from Zand and received my package last week. Really I buy online often but the service is pathetic to say the very least!
