Zando — late delivery, no answer call centre

This place doen’t seem to be legit as I am still waiting for my delivery almost a month now . Call centre not answering at all and email are returned with automatic email giving a reference no. I do not recommend this company as promises are not kept an the service is really bad…actually to say the is no service.10 emails, 6 telephone calls none answered but hold on for almost half hour…where can I get answers

Zando / Worst online experience ever

I placed my order on the 11th of December, in time to have it delivered before Christmas. I tried to track the order but it is impossible as it has not even been processed on Zando’s side yet.

I tried giving them a call, but to no avail as they do not even bother to answer their phones and I also tried emailing but they do not even have the decency to reply. I obviously bought the items to have before Christmas.

I also placed an order with Superbalist same day I ordered from Zand and received my package last week. Really I buy online often but the service is pathetic to say the very least!

Zando / order not received

I placed an order with Zando on 22nd November. I was sent a message the order was dispatched on 4th December, I still haven’t received my order.

I have tried calling spending 30min at a time on hold with me eventually having to cut the call. I have tried emailing with no response back.

I have purchased shoes for Christmas for my entire family from Zando and paid for it so what do I do now.
Zando is the fringe that ruined Christmas for a lot of people this year.
Disgusted with them

Zando / zando order – # [protected]

I placed my order on 23 November 2018 and I have still not received it. I have sent emails and tried to call but no one replies. Please, can you either refund my money or let me know where my order is.

My friends who placed their orders on the same day have all received theirs but I haven’t even had the decency of a response and I do not know why you bother with your customer care line as this doesn’t work or else you don’t have anyone manning the lines.

Zando / shoe

I bought a shoe and they delivered the wrong size to me. and I was told I would receive it before Friday.

today is Thursday and still received nothing it was for my daughters birthday. the lady has such an attitude.

Soi wants my shoe, I keep calling every time for feedback. they always promise to give feedback but no one phones oh emails nothing.

just wondering if this is the service one receives, this is not the first time. it has happened so many times. I am so tired of it. I plan to take this to social media
