I ordered flowers on the 4th november 2017. After a few days i received a call saying sorry they will be late which was fine by me. A week went by and still no delivery…i called back to find it has been cancelled on the 17th November..i was told my money would be refunded.
I have been emailing..calling..leaving messages for almost 2 years now. It’s beyond ridiculous and wasted hours and hours of my time. My next step it to take legal action against this company which i really did not want to have to do as i find it extreme. But I am entitled to my refund. They cancelled the order not me. I was not informed. I did not receive a refund.
