The sales consultant filled in the form for me claiming it’s their duty to do so, he ended up choosing the 24-month package for me instead of the 6 months I had asked.
I asked to change my debit order date so the debit order doesn’t bounce and incur interest. They refused.
The service is terrible.
I asked to cancel the membership and I was told I had to pay the money in full whereas I can only afford installments.
I took this up with the ombudsman and I read what they did is not legal.
