Complaint Against a Service United States

The Red Bar

I went on vacation last month in August 2020 near Panama City in Florida .Myself and my wife went to a restaurant named The Red Bar in Santa Rosa Beach .When we got there I made reservation ‘s prior .Myself and my wife had to wait over a hour which is completly rude and unprofessionsal.

When we were seated by out waitress I believe her name was Kim .We ordered drinks and food .The drinks didn’t come to over 20 minutes a food a hour later .The waitress the whole time was texting and talking on her cell phone .She never got the order right so we talked to manager .The manager insistedwe pay for the food we didn’t order .

I refused so I paid for what I ordered and drink with my wife .My bill was $89.00 and change which was fine .I didn’t leave a tip due to the waitresses behavior .I gave the credit card to the waitress with the bill and she took to be paid and was gone for 20 minutes .

Last month I got my credit card and I had multiple charges in the amount over $600.00 from the The Red Bar in Santa Beach Florida .I live a few states away not around the corner .I opened disputes with my credit card company.

I called the Red Bar after several conversations with a few employees and mangers I got in touch with the owner Oliver Petit .He was the most rude and arrogant person I ever encountered .

He stated to me I can prove false billing and told me myself and my wife that we ordered a lot of food to go Over $600.00 ??He is crazy to think that .

I was falsely billed ,anbd my signature was forged by someone at the Red Bar in Santa Rosa .By the behaviour of the owner Oliver Petit I would expect he was the one .Instead of investagating this he was just plain rude and defensive .

I am trying to dispute this at the time with my credit card company .
